Frequently Asked Questions
• What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by November 20, 2025.
• Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
You’re welcome to RSVP online [insert RSVP link], or by mailing back the RSVP card included with your invitation—whatever is easiest for you!
• What is the address of the wedding ceremony and reception venue?
The venue is located at: [Insert Address]
You can view the location on [Google Maps – insert link].
Once you arrive, look for directional signage guiding you to the back patio, where the ceremony will be held by the fireplace.
• Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes! All ceremony and reception areas are fully wheelchair accessible.
• Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors in the early afternoon by the fireplace, and the reception will take place indoors immediately following. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to a covered area on-site.
• Are children welcome?
Yes, children are welcome! We love your little ones and are happy to have them celebrate with us. We do kindly ask that if your child becomes fussy or disruptive during the ceremony, you step away to a quiet area to help them settle.
Thank you for understanding and helping us create a joyful atmosphere for everyone!
• Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
We want you to be able to relax and have fun with us today! This in mind, we invite you to put down all your favorite devices and just be present in the moment with us. Please leave your camera in your bag (we've got photography covered!), and put your cell phone on mute (we promise they'll call back!).
We're happy to share our professional wedding photos later, but the greatest gift you can give us today is just being fully here with us in this sacred and special moment.
• Is there a dress code? Yes, Winter Wonderland Chic
We kindly ask our guests to dress in semi-formal attire, inspired by the elegance of a Winter Wonderland. Think rich textures, cool tones, jewel colors, and a touch of sparkle or festive flair!
Outdoor elements are part of our celebration, so please dress warmly —coats, wraps, and boots are welcome.
Need inspiration?
Think deep emeralds, icy blues, silver, burgundy, velvet, faux fur, sequins, and other seasonal favorites.
• Can I bring my significant other or a plus one if they’re not listed on the invitation?
We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. We kindly ask that you not bring a guest unless they are specifically named.
Thank you so much for your understanding and support!
• Are you registered anywhere?
No, we are not registered. Your presence is truly gift enough.
We are so grateful to celebrate this special day with you, and simply having you with us means the world. Please don’t feel obligated to bring a gift—your love and support are all we could ever ask for.
• Will childcare be provided?
While we’re so happy to welcome children at our celebration, we will not be providing on-site childcare. We kindly ask that parents make any necessary arrangements in advance.
Thank you for understanding!
